Meet 20 youth legit agents, film/tv casting directors, youth commercial agents, and
commercial casting directors at 2 different events for $250! no assistants, no junior agents. Only the major players. (Other companies charge $299 to meet 8 film/tv casting directors in one day and $199 to meet 4
commercial agents/casting directors in one day). Dates: Wednesday, December 3rd from 7PM-930PM (The Youth Agent/CD Night), Thursday, December 11th from 7PM-9PM (The Youth Commercial Night)

Cost: $250 (This price is for both events. If you are only able to attend one event, the price is the same. This is non-transferable. Only one person is allowed to attend both events.)

Format for the Youth Agent/CD Night:
You will be auditioning in front of two separate panels. There will be 2 rooms. In one room there will be 5 agents and the other, 5 casting directors. Each actor will audition one at at a time in each room with a reader provided by us. Upon registration, you will be emailed a link which will include several great film/tv scene choices. You are welcome to use your own scene if you would like however the important note re: scenes below applies here too. You are welcome to prepare 2 different scenes, one for each room, or may do the same scene in both rooms. Each panel may/may not give you an adjustment. You will need to bring 10 pictures/resumes to the event and will be handing one out to each agent/casting director upon entering each room. Important note re: scenes: The agents have asked to only see 2 pages of the scene in which you choose to prepare. Please choose which page you would like to do and make a copy of these and only these for the reader. You will be cut off after 2 pages - no exceptions. This is not being implemented to shortchange you. Industry professionals (agents included) can tell if they are interested in taking things further within 2 minutes of your read and that is what they are asking for.

You will audition in front of two separate panels. It will be one actor at a time. In one room will be the 5 casting directors and in one room will be the 5 agents. You will get a chance to audition in each room. You may do the same copy in each room or a have a different one prepared. You will need to bring 10 pictures/resumes to the event. Upon registration, you will be emailed a link which will include several great commercial copy choices. You are welcome to use your own copy if you would like. You should have your copy memorized but can hold it during your auditions.

Payment is required at the time of registration. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and E-Check are accepted. Note: Although our transactions are handled by Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to register. Once you click on the link and you get to the payment page, look on the left hand side and you will see the credit card logos. Next to them you will see some text that says "Don't Have a Paypal Account? Use your credit card or bank account." Please click on the link and you will be able to pay using any major credit card or an E-Check. Don't know what an E-Check is? It will be explained to you on the payment page. receive a confirmation email from us within 1 business day of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please send us an email including your payment receipt from Paypal.

IMPORTANT: AFTER YOU REGISTER
1) Please send us an email with the best email address and contact number for the person who is attending the event.
2) Paypal will have immediately emailed you a receipt for payment. If you don't receive this email from Paypal, it is your responsibility to email us and let us know. We will email you one upon receipt of your request. You must bring your receipt of payment from Paypal or from us to BOTH events. Failure to present this receipt will result in non-admission to the events. The receipt is your ticket!!
Refund/cancellation policy
A full refund is available until Wednesday, November 26th. Any cancellations made after the 26th will not be refunded. No exceptions. To request a refund, please send us an email and we will respond to you within 24 hours and process the refund. NOTE: In the event of cancellation after the 26th, a credit towards a future
workshop of the same monetary value will be considered under the following circumstances however proof must be provided. 1) Family emergency 2) Job booking - please provide a copy of a contract for work or a note from the director or producer of the project 3) Sickness - please provide a letter from your physician. Other situations will be considered on a case by case basis.
